This policy explains what personal information CLAWZ (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit clawzusa.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hi@clawzusa.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, shipping and billing address and phone number when you place an order or create an account; the content of reviews you write; and anything you send us by email.
- Order information: what you bought, when, order totals and shipping details.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider. We don’t see or store your full card number.
- Marketing preferences: whether you’ve opted in to drop alerts by email or text, your mobile number if you gave it for texts, and when you gave consent.
- Device and usage information: your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, returns and refunds.
- To run your account, including order history, tracking, returns and reviews.
- To send order, shipping and return emails. These are part of the service and aren’t marketing.
- To send drop alerts and news by email or text, only if you’ve opted in.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and improve the store.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed: our website host (Hostinger), payment processors, shipping carriers, and email and text-message providers. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and our customers.
Cookies
We use cookies that the store needs to work, such as keeping items in your cart and keeping you signed in. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store, like the cart, may stop working.
Email and text messages
You can turn marketing emails and texts on or off at any time in your account under Preferences. You can also click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or reply STOP to any text. Order and shipping emails will still be sent. See our SMS terms for details on texts.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep account information until you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, go to your account, open Preferences and use the options under “Your data”, or email hi@clawzusa.com. We’ll confirm your request by email before acting on it, and we won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children
Our store is intended for adults and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email hi@clawzusa.com and we’ll delete it.
Security
Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit who can access customer information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we’ll let account holders know by email.
