Orders and drops
When do new figures drop?
We announce each drop ahead of time on the home page and on social media. Turn on drop alerts in your account under Preferences to get an email or text 24 hours before release.
Will sold-out figures come back?
No. Each variant is a limited run, and we don’t restock a variant once it sells through.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders, start returns, manage your reviews and choose which alerts you get.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hi@clawzusa.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to change or cancel it.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually leave our studio within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. The link is also in your account under Orders & tracking, or on the Track an order page.
Returns
Can I return a figure?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, in its original box and condition. Read the full return policy.
My figure arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email hi@clawzusa.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the figure and the box. We’ll send a replacement if one is available, or a full refund, and we cover the shipping.
The figures
What are they made of?
Full-color resin. The color is printed into the figure rather than painted on top.
How big are they?
Most CLAWZ figures are about 6.5 inches (16.5 cm) tall, claw included. Each product page lists the exact height.
What do the numbers and letters mean?
Every CLAWZ figure gets its own number, and no two figures ever share one: Doodle Dog is #1, and every figure after it gets the next number. Each colour version of a figure gets a letter, so Doodle Dog’s versions run 1A, 1B, 1C and so on. The code is printed on the box and on the figure’s tag.
What’s the claw?
Every CLAWZ figure hangs from its own arcade-style claw, like a prize you just won from a claw machine. It’s how they’re meant to be displayed.
Are they toys?
No. CLAWZ figures are collectibles for display, not toys, and they aren’t suitable for children under 14. They contain small parts.
How do I care for my figure?
Keep it out of direct sunlight to protect the colors, dust it with a soft dry brush, and avoid water and cleaning products.
